I WELCOME YUOR INITIATIVE IN IMPARTING TEACHING OF SOURASHTRAM.
I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER IT IS MEANT FOR SOURASHTRAS OR FOR NON-SOURASHTRAS OR FOR BOTH.
WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO STRESS IS THAT THE PRONUNCIATION IS TO BE STATED CLEARLY. BY USING ROMAN SCRIPT YOU SHOULD BRING THE CORRECT PRONUNCIATION. PLEASE MARK YOUR NOTATION FOR VOWELS AND CONSONANTS AND FOR CONSONANTS + VOWELS.
AMBIGUITY IS TO BE AVOIDED.
MY notation is given below.
a aa i ii u uu e E ai o O au
CONSONANTS.
k kh g gh n
c ch j jh n
T Th D Dh N
t th d dh n
p ph b bh m
y r l v sh S s h L kS

nh mh rh lh

ka kaa ki kii ku kuu ke kE kai ko kO kau k

rhaa=remain nhii=not available
mhaLi=fish lhekko=account

If you want to use different notation, you can use it.
But there should be difference between short and long vowels.
In consonants, there should be difference in dental and retroflex sounds.
